stop worrying !!!

The torment of being seperated from who we genuinely are is genuine. The uneasiness that is covered profound feels consistent. and waiting void appears to be unjustifiable.

As we travel deeper and as we explore the galaxies of our inner worlds, sometimes we stumble upon wounds still dormant and healing left undone.

The hurt that was once experienced left an imprint on our minds and a hole within our hearts that we alone were left to heal - whether we were prepared to or not.

But regardless of how we were hurt or what was stolen, sometimes the pain is too much to bare or our minds too young to fully understand. And the need to simply survive takes over because as we know, the world doesn't stop just because the one within you comes crumbleing down.

So we left the truth hidden, both from ourselves and the world. Placed it in a corner, hoping not only to be forgotten but maybe with enough denial eventually to be undone.

And despite what the world sees or others opinion of what you should feel or how you should heal, the hardest battle is the one we have within ourselves. And the most difficult truth is the one we can only face alone.

But despite the harm that was caused or the days that went dark, you did what you needed to heal. And you walked a path that only you can truly understand because all you could do was learn how to put back the pieces and soothe the most fragile parts of your soul.

But my dear, please know this: your ability to rebuild is far greater than anyones attempt to destroy. And your truth far more powerful than anyones attempt to silence.

So as you move forward today and as you navigate the most difficult corners of your soul, know that you are not alone. For the love, support and guidance that surrounds you can never be shaken.

You are strong. You are whole. & you are complete. And those are the truths can never be undone.

We are healing, my dear. We are doing it for ourselves and the inner-child within who is pleading to be held once again.
